InsightU LMS provides a communication hub where key corporate messages, needed information, important announcements and upcoming events are delivered. Access to InsightU LMS is tracked to ensure that key messages are being heard.
InsightU Resource Center
Easy access to the important information and documents required to perform work tasks is an important component of associate productivity. The InsightU Resource Center is a tool to organize all the required information for ready access by personnel whenever it is required. Types of information that can be placed in the InsightU Resource Center include vendor information, store policies and procedures, human resources forms, store software application manuals - virtually any information or document. The resources can be organized by user-definable categories and can be quickly accessed by filtering based on this categorization.
InsightU e-Communication
The InsightU e-Communication module ensures that associates are receiving, viewing and absorbing important information, news and announcements. Retailers spend a large amount of resources and focus ensuring that customers are receiving the right messages. Often overlooked is the important role retail associates have in reinforcing these corporate messages. One of the significant challenges in retail is getting a large distributed and often disconnected workforce onto the same page. InsightU e-Communication supports text, audio and video communication so that the information is being delivered in a format that is appropriate for the message.
InsightU Performance Management
Conducting regular performance reviews and creating performance-based action plans are essential to improving associate productivity. They help measure achievement and gather relevant feedback about the contribution your people make to the success of the business. InsightU Brief Builder provides retailers and their vendor partners a quick and easy tool to create Product Briefs and Product Courses for retail associates. A variety of pre-defined templates are available to choose from and content editing and formatting tools are provided. Product Briefs that are created with InsightU Brief Builder can be integrated to InsightU LMS for on-line access by employees, either as Featured Learning or as Core Learning.
