Susan Easby - President; Co-Founder
One of the original Co-founders of InsightU, Susan Easby holds the position of President and COO. With over 20 years experience in technology, training and retail, Susan has honed her leadership skills and brings passion and enthusiasm to her business, her customers and her team. Prior to starting InsightU, Susan owned and operated a successful consulting, strategic planning and training company that serviced contracts with North American Fortune 500 companies such as Pfizer, Prudential, Labatts, and Sears as well as Canadian federal and provincial governments developing and delivering curriculum around management, strategic planning, retail management and technology.
Before Susan explored her entrepreneurial spirit, her professional career spanned technical and management positions at IBM Canada, Key Publishers, Addison-Wesley Publishers and Oshawa Group Ltd. Her interest in technology, passion for retail operators, and knowledge of adult learning methodologies were married together when InsightU's vision began to form. Sue has a BA from the University of Toronto and is a self-proclaimed life long learner.
Diane Gliddon, CMA - Controller & Corporate Support
Diane Gliddon joined InsightU in the fall of 2006. Diane is a Certified Management Accountant and has been in good standing with the Society of Management Accountants of Ontario since 1992. Prior to joining InsightU Diane held a variety of senior financial management positions with several Canadian companies. Her current responsibilities at InsightU include managing Finance, Human Resources and Information Technology as well as acting as Corporate Secretary.
Marlene Sullivan, BA, B.Ed, M.Ed (Curriculum) - Learning Solutions
With an extremely strong background in instructional design, Marlene Sullivan leads the Learning Solutions team for InsightU. Marlene has over 10 years experience providing learning solutions to global corporations (including Nortel, Bank of Montreal, CIBC, TVOntario and Platform Computing) and prior to that she worked in the field of education. She has a strong knowledge of the full scope of training development and program management with a passion for delivering business-driven initiatives.
Marnie Dibisch, PMP- Project Management Office, Technical Support
Heading up our project management office and technical support team, Marnie has over 15 years experience in software development and technical support environments. She leads project management for the application development team, and oversees content development projects and technical support solutions for current customers. Strong on processing and dedicated to customer satisfaction, Marnie and her team keep projects and product builds on time and on budget.
Joyce Du, Ph.D., Information and Communication Science - Product Manager; Application Planning and Development
With over 15 years experience designing and developing learning management systems and other relevant software in the learning and development industry, Joyce Du currently leads the InsightU team that develops and manages InsightU's product portfolio, with a focus on delivering outstanding user experience and continuous innovation. Joyce joined InsightU as a developer in 2003 and has worked her way into the key role of Product Manager. In this role, Joyce oversees the design, creation and improvement of all of InsightU products including learning platform, content management system, corporate applications and configurable course library. Joyce holds a Ph.D. in Information and Communication Sciences from the University of Hawaii.
